Airtable is a more modern and robust take on a spreadsheet. It has more flexibility and features than a spreadsheet, giving users you the users the ability to make it work the way they want to. It has features such as Tags that make it easier to track and find relevant contacts. Airtable even provides CRM templates so that you don’t have to build it from scratch. You will still however need to manually input and update the data. Airtable has a free version for individual users and paid versions up to $24 per user per month which provide collaboration and additional storage.
