Privacy Policy

This document outlines our privacy policy and compliance with CCPA and GDPR. The most recent copy of the policy will be posted at www.strata.cc/privacy-policy.

At Strata, your privacy and security of your data is extremely important to us.

We will lay out the details in full, but there are three main points:

  • We do not sell your data or information.
  • We will never spam your contacts or social network.
  • We collect and use your data to provide the services you request, if at any point you are not happy with the services, we will revoke access to your account and delete your data.

We use customer data for our technology (“Platform”) to make recommendations for you to review and act upon. Customer data includes contact information, calendar data, and email data from third party platforms that you have authorized (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL). Your data is completely confidential and not shared outside of the Strata platform unless explicitly done so by you.

Once you authenticate with Strata, we will never send emails without your permission. The Platform will only use access to your data (including access to read message bodies, attachments, metadata, headers, and settings) to provide recommendations that you will be able to review and act on to send emails. The Platform will additionally provide you with the capability to send the emails. 

Third Party Platform Policies

For users that authenticate with a Google account, Strata’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

California Residents

If you are a California resident under 18 years of age and a registered user of our Services, you may request that we remove content and information that you publicly post on our Services. To obtain removal of such content and information, please send us an email at privacy@strata.cc with a short description of the content or information you would like to have removed. Please note that such a request does not necessarily ensure complete or comprehensive removal of content posted by you, since the content and information may remain in our databases or may remain visible in a manner that does not identify you.

GDPR

As a result of General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (“GDPR”), Strata is responsible for the processing of Personal Information it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Strata complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and any implementing legislation, as amended, superseded or replaced from time to time, and the SCCs, where applicable, entered into between Strata and the data Controller for all onward transfers of Personal Information from the EEA and the United Kingdom. Strata complies with the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Information from Switzerland.
